One of the fastest-growing online poker sites has announced hosting U.S. Poker Open (USPO) from August 23 through September 5, 2021. Global Poker has been a favorite among players for the last few years, especially with the lineup of events it has had.
Some of the events you might have played or missed include Grizzly Games, the GOAT, Bounty Series, Rattlesnake Open, Summer Series, Micro Thunder Series, and Global Poker Champions. Now, Global Poker is adding another event to their schedule, called U.S. Poker Open.
The event is usually a live tournament requiring participants to travel to Las Vegas. But, this time, you do not have to travel as the event will happen online. David Lyons announced his excitement about the partnership between his brand and U.S. Poker Open. David is the general manager of Global Poker.
David explained how the partnership with the two companies felt right. He said USPO was a premier event while Global Poker had become an authentic poker room players looked forward to.
An Overview of the Previous USPO Event
The last live USPO event occurred in Las Vegas at Aria in June 2021, featuring 12 high roller tournaments and the world’s best players. David Peters was the event’s winner, earning his second back-to-back USPO championship.
PokerGO’s president, Mori Eskandani, noted that June’s 2021 event was one of the best, having attracted a record number of players. Mori emphasized the growth of the series and the partnership between PokerGO and Global Poker. He was happy Global Poker was sponsoring USPO.
All Poker Players Are Invited To Play
Anyone in America can join the excitement of playing USPO AT Global Poker from their homes. The event features 16 events for Sweeps Coins and Gold Coin play. It will come to an end on September 5, with two main events.
