Global Poker has announced that it is bringing back its infamous Micro Thunder Series. The news has been received well by poker players, especially small stake players. Players will experience and participate in an entire online tournament explicitly dedicated to the micros.
The tournament is set to start from March 6 to March 13. The event is the fourth edition of the Micro Tuner Tournament series.
The prizes in the contest will come in Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. It is set to be Global Poker’s biggest edition with a guarantee of GC 18,000 and SC 60,000.
The event buy-ins will not be big like the prizes. The tournament will have 27 Gold Coins and a 27 Sweeps Coin event. The Buy-ins will start from 1,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweeps Coin.
The Main Event will start on March 13 with a guarantee of 3,000 Gold Coins and 10,000 Sweeps Coins. Poker players participating will have an opportunity to win a spot at the Gods of Thunder event, which will happen on March 20.
The player who will make it to the final table will be eligible for the tournament, which will have an award of limited edition Global Poker merchandise and apparel. This participant will also go home with the Micro Thunder Series Trophy.
