Global Poker’s Eagle Cup Series Returns From October 25 Through November 14

World Series of Poker Crowns Koray Aldemir as Its 2021 Champion

Eagle Cup by Global Poker was launched in the fall of 2017, with almost a month of active poker action. Today, Global Poker has become one of the leading free poker platforms. Although it has run several tournaments, Eagle Cup has been the most successful as it boasts of mid to low buy-ins for new players and existing players on the site.

Moreover, the Eagle Cup was the first series that Global Poker awarded trophies to winners. The games were played virtually, but each winner was given tangible items to mark their accomplishments. This resulted in the growth and popularity of the Eagle Cup.

Today, everyone aware of the series is eager to play and earn real trophies. The poker community even shares strategies and milestones to get the most out of the poker operator. With the poker operator taking feedback from its players, it is understandable why Global Poker continues to attract a huge following.

Global Poker’s Growth

When the poker operator wanted to host its first tournament series, it imagined a game characteristically American. Also, it wanted a slightly different poker game than the traditional poker iconography. Global Poker thus came up with a bald eagle poker series.

Global Poker has also added other quarterly series, including Rattlesnake Cup, The GOAT, Grizzly Games. The brand has awarded millions of Gold Coin (GC) and Sweeps Coin (SC). The Eagle Cup tournament is responsible for over 631 million Gold Coins and 3.5 million Sweeps Coin.

This is the fifth year since Global Poker started running a poker championship series. Announcing the Eagle Cup kicks off, General Manager David Lyons said the company had had an incredible year by launching several games and features. He also noted the record guarantees across all the events the brand has hosted.
