Action at the Table

The final table had an average stack of 32 big blinds. The shortest stack had 21 big blinds and the largest one had 58 big blinds.
Talgat1 finished ninth after using pocket kings to flat-call VincentMX’s under-the-gun min-raise. The latter flopped top set and a straight beat him. Talgat1 had slightly over five big blinds after that hand and his stack was later reduced after using eight-five to go in the middle.

Biaioana14’s ace-queen beat his card. Chris Johnson followed him in eighth place after his stack was reduced to less than 10 big blinds in a situation dead.

The player used ace-nine to make a cutoff open-shove and lost to Farrugia_1’s ace-nine. suckmyfish exited the tournament in seventh place. Farrugia_1 made 2.4 big blinds open from a late position and later called suckmyfish’s 10.5 big blind three-bet shove.

The former turned ace-jack, and the latter revealed king-queen. Yet, five community cards didn’t help suckmyfish.
Nick “PKaiser” Fierro defeated Kingartur1 in a coinflip and busted him in sixth place. The latter made a shade open-shove over five big blinds using pocket sixes on the button, while the former used ace-nine to call.

Fierro flopped a nine before turning an ace that sent Kingartur1 packing. The field reduced further after Biaioana1 left the table in fifth place despite being the stack leader when the five-handed action began.

The player lost a huge pot after equalize1’s pocket kings beat her pocket jacks. She later lost 4.5 big blinds after calling off a huge river bet using the top pair on the draw-heavy board. VincentMX’s flush beat her.

Biaioana1 got aces on the other hand before moving all-in. equalize1 used queen-jack to call, flop top two pair, river a boat, and sent Biaioana1 packing. Fierro followed her in fourth place after making 10 big blinds raise and remaining with 5.5 big blinds.
equalize1 made a snap call and later turned a pair of kings that crushed Fierro’s jack-ten. VincentMX’s run ended in the third position.

Farrugia_1 made a small blind limp in and used pocket queens to set a trap. It lured VincentMX to put 8.5 big blinds using ace-trey and Farrugia_1 called. Besides, the board lacked drams as it ran out, and VincentMX left the tournament.

equalize1 had a 55.5 big blind to a 34.5 big blind advantage over Farrugia_1. The latter fought back tirelessly and got the chip lead briefly. But, equalize1 regained it and didn’t lose it again.

The final hand played two hours after the action at the final table kicked off. Farrugia_1 used jack-five to min-raise and equalize1 used jack-ten to call. A four-ten-five flop prompted Farrugia_1 to check behind and equalize1 to check.

Farrugia_1 called equalize1’s four big blinds that he wagered after ten appeared on the turn. The latter got quads from the river and the former made the event’s second-best full house. Farrugia_1 called off his stack as equalize1 shoved. The former took home $11,290 and the latter $15,480.
