Rush Street Interactive Becomes New Vendor for Delaware Lottery

Rush Street Interactive is on a winning streak. The USA-renowned sports and online casino operator is closing one deal after another to bring U.S. players new, innovative gambling content. The recent deal will see Rush Street Interactive get the First State residents online gaming operations.

Delaware State Lottery chose Rush Street Interactive and signed a contract. The contract runs for five years, with Rush Street Interactive having the option to extend it by another year.

Rush Street Interactive Is Honored

Rush Street is already in 15 states, including Pennsylvania and Delaware. The company first entered New Jersey. Street Interactive has also penetrated Mexico, Colombia, and Ontario, further strengthening its position.

The company’s CEO confirmed its global position by saying his company was award-winning for its online platform and customer support. Richard Schwartz was honored that Delaware State Lottery picked his firm to provide online gaming operations in Delaware.

Street’s CEO continued to say their latest deal was a significant milestone because a state-back organization chose it. According to Richard, this deal further confirms that Delaware State Lottery is confident with Rush Street.

The Delaware Lottery Director echoed these words by saying Rush Street was the industry’s leading innovator. Helene Keeley said the gambling operator had already established itself and was respected.

The Delaware Lottery chose Rush Street because of its commitment to responsible gambling practices. Keeley was impressed by the firm’s success in other states too. The company’s experience and quality content were other reasons that helped Delaware Lottery to choose it over other operators that had applied for the same opportunity.

Rush Street was happy to get the opportunity to offer the First State residents new content. It promised to provide thrilling games that U.S. players already loved.

The First State to Allow Intrastate iGaming

Delaware was the first state to allow intrastate iGaming. This came after the General Assembly passed the Delaware Gaming Competitiveness Act of 2012 in June. Delaware State Lottery became the only gambling regulator for the state.

In May 2013, the regulator chose its first vendor to run Internet Gaming Systems and Services. Scientific Games Corporation partnered with Williams Interactive LLC and 888 Holdings to provide a turnkey solution with advanced responsible gaming tools. This allowed First State residents to play online bingo, slots, and poker.

Keeley was excited to welcome the newest iGaming vendor. She was excited for the state to work with Rush Street Interactive.

Both Rush Street and Delaware will benefit from this new partnership. How? Delaware has cutting-edge in-house technology, while Rush Street has a ground-breaking online gaming platform and trusted operations. Bringing these qualities together will prove successful for both parties.

The First State has three casinos. The state hoped all players at these casinos would be pleased with the new iGaming content provided through the new partnership.

This is not the only deal Rush Street has recently closed. The gambling operator continually expands in North America and is partnering with different game developers to increase its offering. One recent partnership is with Play n’ GO to bring North America’s residents a new slot machine.
