The UFC is back yet again this weekend with a live event in Nashville for the first time since 2019. Bantamweights Cory Sandhagen and Rob Font are set to face each other in a 140 lbs catchweight bout.
After Usman Nurmagomedov dropped out of this main event due to injury a few weeks ago, Font stepped up and took this fight on short notice. Sandhagen is coming in as the big betting favorite with his slick footwork and diversity of attacks, but Font has the power and the boxing ability to catch anybody in a 25-minute fight.

He is 3-2 in his last five bouts, but his last two performances have been dominant against top-10 opponents. He dismantled Marlon Vera earlier this year and looks to keep proving that no one outside of the title picture can give him any trouble.

Font has a lot of work cut out for him this weekend while going up against Sandhagen. He has a classic boxing style where he fights behind a great, stiff jab and sets up his right hand. He also will throw solid leg kicks and can counter very well in the boxing range.
The constant pressure of Font is what gives his opponents the hardest time, but Sandhagen has the elite footwork to really make it difficult for Font to find him standing in front for long enough to land shots.
