Chicago Bulls at Milwaukee Bucks Betting Preview – Nov 13, 2023

The Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks are set to square off in a National Basketball Association affair on Monday. The Chicago Bulls moved to 4-6 on the season with their win on Sunday Night over the Detroit Pistons.

For the Milwaukee Bucks, they have gotten off to an up and down start. The Bucks are one of the favorites to win the Eastern Conference in 2023-2024. The Bucks are 5-4 on the season, and coming off a rough road loss in Milwaukee. Milwaukee beat the Bulls the last time these two teams played; in April in 2023.

The Milwaukee Bucks are favorites in this game over the Chicago Bulls. The Bucks are -7.5 over the Bulls, and the total for the game is listed at 229.

Bucks Looking to Avoid Three Straight Losses

The Milwaukee Bucks have dropped back to back games following a three game winning streak. The defense will have to get better for the Bucks for them to right the ship. In their last two games, the Bucks are allowing 119 points per game.

On the offensive side, the Bucks are scoring 115.7 points per game. Giannis Antetokounmpo anchors the offense again. The Greek Freak is scoring more than 28 points per game for Milwaukee. One of the biggest moves in the offseason was the addition of Damian Lillard for the Bucks. The former Trail Blazers guard is scoring 24.3 per game.

Two other guys scoring double digits per game for the Bucks are Bobby Portis and Kris Middleton. Middleton has played in just seven games this season, as he is looking to come back from an injury. After this game, the Bucks are on the road at the Raptors on Wednesday and in Charlotte on Friday.

Bulls Hoping to Keep the Offense

The Chicago Bulls came into the game against the Pistons, scoring just 108.9 points per game. The pace was one of the worst in all of the league. In the win over the Pistons, the Bulls scored 119 points.  Earlier this month, the Bulls scored 130 points in a win over the Jazz, but this was their second most all season.

The Bulls are led in scoring by Zach Lavine and Demar DeRozan. Those two are combining for more than 43 points per game. Nikola Vucevic is averaging more than 10 rebounds per game for Chicago. In the win over the Pistons, they had six guys score double digits. DeRozan led the way with 29, while Vucevic added 21 and 12 rebounds.

Following this game for the Chicago Bulls, they will go home for four straight games. Chicago has the Orlando Magic for back to back home games, and then the Miami Heat for the same thing. The Bulls are then in Oklahoma City on November 22nd.

Bucks Rested; and Winners

This is the second of back to back games for the Chicago Bulls. That may not go well. The National Basketball Association is about momentum and health. Which team will be more healthy in this game? Likely, it will be the Milwaukee Bucks following their day off on Sunday. The Bulls playing Sunday is going to cause them some fatigue. Take the Milwaukee Bucks -7.5 over the Chicago Bulls on Monday!
