The Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) is currently underway. The tournament, which is hosted on PokerStars, has attracted thousands of players, offering them lots of events, as well many opportunities to win big money prizes.
The spotlight is definitely on the main events that started May 17th and will last for four days. The exciting thing about this tournament is that it offers multiple main events.

The lowest buy-in players had to pay was $109 to take part in the main event and this event came with a prize pool of $3.5 million and everyone getting 25,000 chips. The levels last 20 minutes, and the starting level comes with 50/100/12a. Three re-entries were allowed during the first 24 hours.
The next one in line is a $1,050 No-Limit Hold’em which offers $5 million guaranteed. Players got 100,000 chips at starting levels 200/400/50a. The levels last for 25 minutes, and three re-entries were allowed.
The last NLHE main event required players pay the buy-in price of $10,300, as it is officially labeled a high roller event. It comes with $5 million in guaranteed prizes and 250,000 chips. The starting levels are at 500/1,000/125a and their length is 30 minutes.
Pot-Limit Omaha Main Events
There are three PLO Main Events, as well.
The first one also required the buy-in of $109 and comes with a guaranteed prize pool of $500,000. Players received 25,000 chips and will play 20-minute levels, starting at 75/150.
The next one is the medium edition main event with $1,050 buy-in and $750,000 in guaranteed prizes. Players received 100,000 in chips and the blinds start at 250/500. What’s cool about this one is that the blind levels increase every five minutes.
Finally, those who like to play for big money paid the buy-in price of $10,300 to take part in the high roller PLO, which offers $1,250,000 in guarantees. Players received 250,000 chips and the levels started at 500/1,000. The levels last for 30 minutes.
