The month of March is proving to be a lucrative one at the WSOP as the online poker site is offering a new tournament series for players to enjoy, with very affordable buy-ins. The series is titled March Mini Fest and will offer more than a week of small buy-in tournaments with large prize pools for players to compete for.
The series will offer a total of $15,000 in guaranteed prize pools spread out over 16 tournament events. The first tournament will begin at 6pm local time on the 14th of March with a $2,000 GTD Mini Fest Kick-Off with Rebuys and Add-ons. This event has a buy-in of just $10, making the event affordable for everyone.
The series will offer two events each day from the 14th to the 21st of March. Events take place in the evening, so players can easily compete after work or during their spare time. The highlight of the schedule is the Main Event which has a guaranteed prize pool of $5,000 and will be the final event on the schedule. This tournament has a buy-in of just $20 and will take place at 7pm.
The buy-ins for the March Mini Fest will range from $1 to $20, making every event affordable. The series will also include a leaderboard for players to earn points for participation. Players who earn a spot on the top of the leaderboard will earn tournament tickets. First place will earn one $200 tournament ticket plus one $10 tournament ticket.
