Saturday at Full Tilt Poker was another day of lucrative events from the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS IX) as Events #6 and #7 kicked off. Congratulations are certainly in order for the elite skills of ‘chipwizard1’ and ‘bizzleraises’, the respective winners of the Saturday’s FTOPS IX festivities.
FTOPS IX Event #6 – $535 PL Omaha Hi (6-Max), $300k GTD
A field of 794 gathered to take part in FTOPS IX Event #6, winning satellite entry or putting up the direct buy-in of $500 + $35, resulting in a fiercely competitive battle to the finish. Even with the heightened buy-in, there were enough entries to bolster the guaranteed prize pool to $397,000.

Starting at 9pm in the evening, a victor would not be revealed until 10am Sunday morning. The final table whittled away until only ‘bizzleraises’ and ‘MrHolywood’ remained. As the clock ticked further into the morning, ‘bizzleraises’ was finally able to route his opponent for the 1st place prize of $127,946.
