Domestic Bracelet Event Satellites Continues on WSOP.Com in Nevada and New Jersey

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is warming up for the upcoming online Bracelet Events scheduled for July 2021. WSOP.com’s first games have already happened on the WSOP.com online poker website. These events have given New Jersey and Nevada players an opportunity to acquire seats for the event at a lower price.

Every day qualifiers for $1000 and $500 virtual Bracelet Events are ongoing. The leading satellite for the WSOP Main Event is slated to run on June 6, 2021.

Usually, the WSOP.com live-action highlight would be happening at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. But, following the widespread Coronavirus pandemic, WSOP has pushed the series to September. The good news is, the brand is filling the void by offering domestic and international online bracelet events.

What Entails the Online Series?

The local and international internet series will be a total of 33 Bracelet Events. The domestic series is available to players based in Silver State and the Garden State.

Domestic bracelet event satellites will begin on July 1 and end on August 1, 2021. Half of the local tournaments have a buy-in of either $500 or $1000.

For the $500 buy-in, there are over eight Gold Bracelet Events, whereas the $1000 buy-in events have five matches spread across the domestic program. Now, players can qualify for a seat at the main event for as little as $5 on the WSOP.com platform.

To win either the $5 or $10 daily satellites, players can join the event at 3.30 pm PST and 6 pm PST. There is also a $30 challenger towards the $1000 buy-ins. These satellites are happening on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Also scheduled to occur are two satellites at 3.30 pm PST on Sundays. The event’s goal is to allow more players to gain a chance to enter the $500 gold bracelet events or $215 tourney for the 2021 $10000 WSOP Main Event.

All satellites are seats only. Also, players will claim the $10000 buy-in for the yearly flagship live poker event in chips when the 2021 World Series of Poker at Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino begins.

More About the Online Bracelet Event

The first four $215 qualifiers will occur on June 6, 2021. After, three more qualifying events will run up to June 27, 2021.

Players participating will get their online bracelet event tickets on their online accounts. These tickets must be used before or on August 1, 2021; otherwise, they will be changed to online tourney tickets. The converted tickets will remain valid for a year.

The first qualifying event occurred on June 1. The $5 satellite at 3.30 pm PST attracted 42 entries, while the 6 pm PST attracted 55 entries. Also, 28 players entered the $30 qualifier event.

With several weeks to go, more players are anticipated to join the qualifiers, especially when the domestic series tournament closes. The qualifying satellites become available a few minutes before a match kicks off on the WSOP.com platform.

Unfortunately, only poker players situated in New Jersey and Nevada qualify to join the qualifying satellites. However, this might change when WSOP and 888poker partner to launch in Michigan and Pennsylvania in the summer of 2021. For now, these two states might not participate in the approaching Gold Bracelet events.
