The Wynn Poker Room of the Wynn Las Vegas is preparing to offer their ever popular Wynn Summer Classic beginning this May. The casino has announced the full schedule of events, with tournaments set to begin each day at noon during the series. The entire month of June and into July will be devoted to quality poker gaming via the Wynn Summer Classic.
The series will kick off with the No-Limit Hold’em Survivor event, which has a $550 buy-in and $50,000 prize pool guarantee. The event will provide players with a chip stack of 18,000 and 30-minute blind levels. The next day, players can compete in an even bigger NLH event with $100,000 in guaranteed prize money up for grabs for the same buy-in of $550.
One of the most anticipated events on the schedule is the Championship Event. This tournament will start on July 9th and run until the 13th. A $1.5 million guaranteed prize pool will be on offer with the event having a buy-in set at $1,600.
The schedule includes additional events such as two tournaments for seniors along with two events offering up a minimum $1 million in prize money each. The $1 million events will have buy-ins of $1,100, making them affordable to players.
The majority of the events during the Wynn Summer Classic will use the Big Blind Ante.
