Station Casinos recently declared that it is planning to renovate Green Valley Ranch. Many people didn’t expect the announcement, but it pleased the casino’s regular players.
Instead, they have been concentrating on the gaming operator’s future developments like Durango Casino and Hotel.
The company wants to develop other properties in the Las Vegas Valley once Durango launches. Red Rock Resorts, the operator’s parent company, made a binding agreement with the Oakland A’s for it to purchase 49 acres on the I-15’s west side.
The Major League Baseball team is determined to construct a stadium on part of the land on which Tropicana operates. The Green Valley Ranch’s upgrades come after Red Rock Casino renovated Summerlin.
The Casino’s Bar and Amenities
Green Valley Ranch will have new gambling venues and restaurants. Reports state that its upgrade will extend up to next year.
The property has been entertaining visitors at Polaris Bar. It resembles Red Rock Casino’s elevated video poker, and they share the same name. Also, the bar has a craft cocktail menu, many television screens, and 20 bartop machines.
Clients will get a new look at the Backyard pool space. It has new cabanas, chaise lounges, a café seating space, and décor.
The Restaurant Row
Green Valley Ranch closed its buffet due to the Coronavirus global crisis, but it hasn’t reopened it yet. Just like Red Rock Casino, the space will have another restaurant row as the property will add two restaurants.
The casino’s first restaurant model is the first Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill outlet in Henderson. The Bromberg Bros. runs Blue Ribbon restaurants and will soon announce a new Mediterranean restaurant.
Red Rock Casino owns a Blue Ribbon sushi restaurant. Still, it recently launched a Mediterranean restaurant, Naxos Taverna, during its upgrades.
Will the Ranch Upgrade its Gaming Venues?
Station Casinos high values Green Valley Ranch, and it is elevating gambling spaces for high-limit players.
