Caesars Entertainment declared a few months ago that it would rename Bally’s casino into Horseshoe Las Vegas by December 2022. The Horseshoe brand has been associated with Las Vegas casinos for over 60 years. Yet, Bally’s rebrand makes the Vegas Strip host its first Horseshoe Casino.
Caesars sent Jack Binion to Las Vegas to celebrate its achievement. He is part of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Hall of Fame and the American Gaming Association (AGA). Downtown Las Vegas no longer has the Horseshoe brand and it is currently called Binion’s Gambling Hall and Hotel.
Binion gave Caesars Entertainment’s management a unique horseshoe during the rebranding ceremony. It had showgirls donning original Jubilee costumes.
The gaming operator has rebranded many casinos with the Horseshoe name of late. Horseshoe Las Vegas is its 10th gaming venue to rebrand.
Jason Gregorec, Horseshoe Las Vegas General Manager and Senior Vice President, stated that Horseshoe’s arrival in Las Vegas is a memorable moment for the region, the Horseshoe brand, and Caesars Entertainment. He added that the company is anticipating providing clients with a better experience in its resort.
Caesars didn’t change the 2,800 hotel rooms since it had renovated them before the Coronavirus pandemic. But it upgraded the casino floor and common areas. The casino has new gambling venues, leisure activities, and restaurants.
What Is New in the Casino?
The gaming operator has upgraded Horseshoe Las Vegas for more than a year. Its lower level has an amazing arcade which replaced its bookie, and anyone can access it. It lacks a full-service bookmaker and has a gambling counter in its hallway.
The sportsbook is near a Guy Fieri sports bar and restaurant, which isn’t complete. So, sports enthusiasts can watch various games at Flavortown Sports Kitchen, which will launch in the summer, or at the bookie near Paris once they launch this year.
M.Y. Asia and Jack Binion Steak are Horseshoe’s new restaurants, and they are operating. Still, it has an elegant World Series of Poker Hall of Fame Poker Room with 4,900 square feet of poker space, furniture, and 18 extra tables.
Doyle Brunson, a popular poker legend attended Horseshoe Las Vegas’ grand ceremony. Caesars stated that it will develop a poker hall of fame exhibit inside its room to commemorate other poker legends.
Does the Casino Have Future Plans?
Caesars Entertainment hasn’t completed its upgrades at Horseshoe Las Vegas. Its poker room will have a Hall of Fame display soon. Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen is integrated into the property yet it partly formed Paris in the past.
There are changes in the Grand Bazaar Shops. Blake Shelton’s Ole Red is under construction and will launch by December.
Its first two floors are designed for drinking and dining, while the third floor will be for entertainment and have almost 700 performance seats. Still, its rooftop will have a daytime restaurant and nighttime lounge with skilled DJs as it offers clear views of the Las Vegas Strip.
