Rush Street has not confirmed or denied the rumors surrounding this potential sale, but there is another layer to this story. Industry sources have indicated that DraftKings is interested in purchasing BetRivers, and that could end up being a massive deal that shakes the industry.
BetRivers is sitting in fourth place in total market share in the state of Michigan, and it typically holds that spot throughout the country as well. While that might seem like a good position, there is still a clear gap between the top three operators and fourth place.
