Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New Orleans Saints Betting Preview

The house of horror is heading our way in Week 2 of the NFL regular season when Tom Brady gets to visit the team that has given him the most fits since joining the Buccaneers.

Tampa Bay will have a divisional road game on Sunday when they head to New Orleans to take on Jameis Winston and the Saints.

It is a whole new look in New Orleans with Dennis Allen steering the ship as the head coach, and he came away with a rocky victory over the Atlanta Falcons in the opener.

Brady and company were the first feature of Sunday Night Football, and they put the hammer down on the Cowboys and won convincingly without much struggle to boot.

As these two are both the frontrunners in the division, this is an important early matchup to set the stage for the rest of the season.

Tampa draws a favorite in this matchup at -3.5 on the road in New Orleans, so let’s see how this one shakes out.

Smiles in Tampa but the job is not finished

When you add Tom Brady to your roster like the Buccaneers did a few years ago, the job is never finished until you win the Super Bowl.

No less will be accepted, and the rest of the roster knows that it is true.

A team paving the way towards a championship starts with a stellar defense, and the Buccaneers are as good as anybody with their defensive front.

The spiciest addition for the Bucs in the offseason had to be Julio Jones, who looked like he could still get open whenever he wanted against a porous Dallas secondary.

Playing in the Superdome won’t be nearly as easy.

A gutsy win by Dennis Allen and Jameis Winston

One of the most unlikely coach-quarterback combinations in the NFL was able to execute a come-from-behind last second victory against the Falcons.

While the Falcons do have a history of blowing games up at the last second, it was energizing to see Winston find success with the weapons at his disposal.

Michael Thomas made a return to the lineup and found a way to secure two touchdowns in his first game in over a year.

The Saints do have the makings of a strong roster, and will no doubt be on the move to fight for playoff rights in the NFC.

Buccaneers @ Saints Betting Prediction

Being a road dog in this game has to do with the faith put in a Tom Brady-led roster, especially one that gave us a convincing victory over the Cowboys.

It is unclear whether or not to feel good about Jameis Winston and Saints yet, and if we should decide to be all in on him as the captain.

Their team on both offense and defense has every tool necessary to get the job done, but it might be time for Brady to get the monkey off his back in New Orleans.

Roll with the Buccaneers at -3.5 in this game and be ready for a showdown.
