After a rough stretch of the season for the Phoenix Suns, the return of Chris Paul has been invigorating to their entire franchise.
The Suns will be on the road in action on Monday night when they travel to take on the Toronto Raptors. The Raptors have been experiencing just as much of a struggle with their own team.
It is likely that these will be two of the most active teams at the trade deadline, and their rosters are in need of a little bit of an overhaul. Really, the Suns are in desperate need of Devin Booker returning to their squad.
Paul is good enough still to carry in short stretches, but putting extra miles on him before the postseason is not going to be a good look for their squad.

A miserable start to the season for Chris Paul had most of the NBA concerned that he was finally over the hump in his career. The best point guard of this generation was on the ropes.
Two different stretches he missed extended time, and it looked bleak, but his recent stretch of games since his return have been some of the most impressive moments of his career.
To say it has given the Suns new life and new hope is a bit of an understatement, and now their focus will be on climbing back through the rankings where everyone in the Western Conference is bunched up from the third seed to the 13th seed.
Another road win in Toronto is certainly feasible, and it would continue their momentum.
Buyers or selling in approaching the trade deadline
Nick Nurse and the Toronto Raptors have kept themselves in the conversation ever since he took over as the head coach.
Although he is absolutely trustworthy, the Raptors need to decide which direction they are going to lean in the last stretch of the season.
With plenty of worthwhile players on the roster, they could actually get some good return back in trades.
They could also do a two-for-one or a three-for-one type of trade where they are able to take their team to the next level and focus on a core group of guys. Time will tell what they decide.
