Milwaukee Bucks at Phoenix Suns Betting Pick

They have been in a bit of a mini-funk of late, as Milwaukee looks to bounce back against the Suns in the valley. After a few defeats, they will hope to get to 54-10 with a victory. This is a team that will have a “title or bust” mentality all season and will be hoping to conquer all the obstacles in their way.

They’ll treat this game a little more seriously than you may expect, as they will do anything they can to get back into the win column.

Phoenix got a super-human performance from Aron Baynes in their last game. The Australian put up career-highs across the board. He got the start in place of DeAndre Ayton and added 37 points. He pulled down 16 rebounds, and also became the first center in league history to make nine threes in a single game.

It was a night for the ages for a guy that is better known for his hard screens and teamwork. They’ll gladly take it, as it propelled them to a win.

The visiting Bucks are 5.5-point favorites in this contest. Their moneyline is -245, and Phoenix is +200.

Milwaukee looking to bounce back

They took a 10-point defeat against the Lakers in their last one, and will now be hoping to take their frustration out on this Suns team. It is truly crazy to think about this team in a loss, as if you look at Giannis’ totals, he is still dominating in every category.

The team had most of their options healthy, and the size of the Lakers played a key role. But still, Antetokounmpo is continuing to show he is something special. The guy was drafted as a project for them to mold into a player that could grow into a role. But he worked his tail off every year and became a superstar. Wild.

Brook Lopez is not shooting the three as well as we saw last year, his percentage down to 29 right now. They’ll need him to find his rhythm and get going to keep Phoenix on edge.

Suns looking to go on a mini-streak

The team is not going to be making noise in the postseason as they will fall short once again, but the team has had their moments. Devin Booker is still out there doing his thing, and Ricky Rubio is dishing the ball as well as any other player in the NBA.

It would be nice if Kelly Oubre was still healthy and not dealing with a torn meniscus, but it’s good to see players step up as guys did versus Portland. Next season, they may have to win better than 46 games to make the postseason with how deep the West is, but never say never.

They remain without Ayton and Cam Johnson tonight, so the rotation will be thin.

Bucks win big

Sorry Phoenix, it’s just not your evening. A big win is coming for Milwaukee.
