The matchup of the weekend is taking place Saturday night in the middle of the cold when the Miami Dolphins head up north to take on the Buffalo Bills.
These two teams met early on in the season, when Buffalo was able to absolutely dominate the game offensively, but Miami staged one of the greatest regular season comebacks we have seen.
The Dolphins are coming off two of their worst games of the season, and it isn’t good that their reward is to play arguably the best team in the league.
With the weather being one of the biggest factors in this game, there is concern that the Dolphins will be unable to adapt to the low temperatures on the field. It remains to be seen, but is something to keep an eye on.
Otherwise, there will likely be a lot of offense in this game, and the Bills draw a heavy favorite over the Dolphins at home at -7.5.
Back into their stride for Tua and the Dolphins
After a nearly league altering start to the season, the Dolphins came up short in their last two matchups against the 49ers and the Chargers.
Tua struggled heavily in the passing attack, and his accuracy took a significant dropoff from the previous weeks of games.
It doesn’t help that Tyreek Hill was nursing an injury in real time on the sideline between possessions, but it looks like he still has a chance to suit up for this game.
Finding a way to get Jaylen Waddle going again is going to be the X-factor moving forward. He had been such a difference-maker early in the season but has failed to be productive in their last four games.
Coming for the crown
The Bills are on a mission this year to redeem their last-second loss in the last postseason.
This team has lost some key players to injury, but with Josh Allen at the helm, just about anything is possible for them.
Miami’s defense has been suspect as of late, so it would make sense that this is the game where the Bills find their stride again and put on a full display of their weapons.
With their home crowd behind them, it is going to be a rowdy bunch on Saturday night. This weather shouldn’t be a problem, and Buffalo will have the advantage in that respect.
Dolphins @ Bills Betting Prediction
After much turmoil throughout the year, this is the game that matters in the AFC East. These two teams have been on the top of their game, and it is time to settle the score.
The Bills have likely had this one marked for weeks as it was a time to get revenge for their loss early in the season. They will come out sharp and hungry.
Miami has some questions to answer, but this isn’t the game for them. Take Buffalo at home in the cold weather to win at -7.5.
