She stated that he had been standing on the fork which required her to choose either changing her approach to poker or quitting poker and pursuing something completely new and different. She went for the latter.
A part of PokerStars Team Pro, Mercier has had a long and successful poker career. He was caught in the machine, playing as many tournaments as possible. However, he started missing his family, which is the main reason why he quit playing poker. Mercier stated that he was a full-time husband and father at the moment and that he enjoyed it.
