ComeOn announced that it would stop processing poker cashouts until further notice. The Revolution Gaming Network skin added a new item to their terms and conditions this week:
2.23 Currently ComeOn is unable to accept withdrawals deriving from poker winnings until Cake Poker Network settles such winnings to Come On Curacao N.V. Poker winnings which are equal or less than the total amount that the player has deposited during the last 30 days from the day the withdrawal request has been made shall however be accepted. Poker winnings which exceed the total amount that the player has deposited during the last 30 days from the day the withdrawal request has been made shall be subject to Cake Poker Network settling funds to Come On Curacao N.V. and hence shall be cancelled until further notice. If you have any questions please contact our customer support.
ComeOn blames the inability of the network to pay reconciliation payments that involve the transfer of winnings and rake. This has forced ComeOn to pay poker winners out of its own pocket while it waits for the network to reimburse it. ComeOn started to restrict winning players from accessing its poker room in March as problems with network payments surfaced.
ComeOn was not the first Revolution Gaming skin to suspend payments to players due to the network’s inability to pay skins. AdamEve suspended its poker room operations after being forced to pay withdrawals out of pocket. AdamEve eventually offered players 50 cents on the dollar for their poker funds. ZetPoker went offline for similar reasons but resumed its operations last week.
