Alan Keating Loses $1.1 Million As MrBeast and Alexandra Botez Excel at Hustler Casino Live Game

Last Sunday night’s Hustler Casino Live show lasted for eight hours, and it was the most thrilling stream in the history of live poker. Over 100,000 concurrent poker enthusiasts watched talented players like Phil Hellmuth and Tom Dwan play at a table with many Twitch streamers and YouTube personalities.

Even so, Alan Keating incurred the largest loss in the global poker industry after losing a $100/ $200 no-limit hold ’em cash game. He frequently participates in Hustler Casino Live tournaments, and he surprised most of his fans after he lost $1.1 million at an amateur-filled table.

Alexandra Botez, a renowned chess star, was on the spectrum’s other side as she beat opponents and made a $458,000 profit. Still, MrBeast, who is a famous YouTube celebrity, crushed the game and won over $430,000 after going down early.

Ditto for Ludwig, a YouTube celebrity, was the third bettor to reach the $400,000 profit mark. But, many pros didn’t have a great night as Hellmuth was reported to have angle-shot in a hand while facing Slime, a Twitch streamer, and he lost $96,400.

Some social media users criticized Hellmuth for the playstyle he used against poker pros. Dwan seemed to struggle at the table as he got card deaded severally and eventually made a $26,000 profit.

Final Table Results

  • Alexandra Botez- $456,900 profit

  • Tom Dwan-$26,500 profit

Available Hands to Select

Each hand in the Hustler Casino Live show was incredible. Also, every player made a $50,000 buy-in, and the game played more than they added on the stack that night.

Keating made three buy-ins in an hour and lost several all-in pots. The event had real hype as the final table’s action didn’t disappoint viewers. Poker Twitter talked about it being among the most engaging cash game streams.

Ninja used {7-}{7-} to get a runner-runner straight after he chopped Hellmuth’s {j-}{j-}. The pot preflop had $99,000, and there was a {k-}{a-}{j-}{q-} board when the Twitch video celeb shouted suddenly.

The leading player flopped a {10-} to get the pot as Ninja claimed that he would exit the tournament in case he lost a hand. Yet, he remained in the tournament and eventually made a $142,000 profit.

Three-Way Action

The stacks rose drastically less than an hour after the game began. Ludwig opted to play solid poker most of the time and used {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} in a three-way pot to win a huge early hand against Keating’s {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} and Ninja’s {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} after the board ran out {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Spades}.

Keating played more than 85 percent of all dealt hands but was unlucky. In one instance, he made an $84,800 all-in wager from Slime with {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} as he had {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

But, he lost as the board came out {4-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{a-Spades}{q-Clubs} and the second one {7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{10-Clubs}{q-Hearts} thus offering Slime a flush to take the whole pot.

Still, Keating made some interesting decisions, such as using {9-Spades}{4-Hearts} to place a three-bet jam to $154,600. MrBeast called with {q-Hearts}{j-Clubs} and shipped a $300,000 pot after both players failed to pair up.
