“fjreis” and “and_ortega” had a slim chip margin as they had 40 big blinds. They exchanged the stack lead a few times before and_ortega got a 2:1 chip advantage over fjreis.
Even so, fjreis got a flush that earned them a crucial lead that helped them send and_ortega packing as the runner-up with $8,077 as they won the Main Event title.
