An upcoming multibillion-dollar integrated casino resort is planning to open its doors on June 23, 2021. The 4.3 billion Resorts World situated on the northern Strip is in its last stages of preparations as it awaits to open its doors to the public.
The management behind the casino is business-oriented and is not playing about their opening. However, they are doing all they can to ensure they start on a high note and remain that way going forward.
One of the ways the casino plans to remain relevant is by integrating various celebrities. The operator believes that celebrities will lure more visitors to the property. It has already announced several engagements with celebrities such as Carrie Underwood, Celine Dion, Luke Bryan, and Katy Perry.
Resorts World will also have several fashion houses, including Fred Segal and the French fashion house Hervé Léger. As if these are not enough to attract a crowd, the casino has announced another engagement with a brand that does not need an introduction, the Kardashian.
The family, popularly known for their reality television show, will open a second-hand store at the resort casino. The store will go by Kardashian Kloset and will open its doors on June 23 as well. Kardashian Kloset boutique will be selling clothes that the Kardashians have previously worn.
The co-owner and the first cousin of the late Robert Kardashian, Cici Bussey, was excited about the family’s new project. She noted that many people want to have a piece of previously worn clothes by the Kardashians.
Cici was talking to Las Vegas Review-Journal. She said their new store would have something for everyone. Bussey gave an example saying that some of Kim Kardashian’s previously worn leggings will go from $40 and $6,500.
Star-Studded Line-Up
Resorts World has a line-up of celebrities who will grace the casino starting November 2021. Celine Dion will be the first to grace the stage of a 5000-seat Resorts World LV theatre. Celine is the most successful artist living in Las Vegas.
Her performance will be followed by Carrie Underwood in early December, while Katy Perry will end the year with her mind-blowing performance. The last headliner, Luke Bryan, will then perform in February 2022. Following high booking, each of these celebrities will have two shows each.
Other A-list performers expected at resorts world include DJ Ruckus, Madison Beer, Zedd, and Tiesto. The casino even celebrated partnerships with these celebrities by running a 30 seconds commercial during the Oscars telecast.
We Will Treat Everyone Like a Star
The newest facility built from the ground up on the Strip promises to treat everyone like a star. Resorts World Las Vegas president referred to their recent commercial, Stay Fabulous, that featured 1-list entertainers as a benchmark of what visitors should expect.
The commercial was an illustration encouraging guests to embrace their individuality and create their unique version of fabulous. It featured special appearances and thrilling visuals that await visitors once the doors open in June.
The casino’s need to incorporate celebrities is well thought of but also a big bet. The casino sits on the northern Strip, a location that struggles with attracting clients. For example, Fontainebleau is a casino resort on the Strip’s northern, struggling to fill its facility since 2010.
