Randy “The Natural†Couture, a legend in Mixed Martial Arts, is getting ready to host his second annual Operation All In poker tournament and charity auction. The festivities will benefit the Xtreme Couture G.I. Foundation which raises money and awareness for troops who are wounded in action as well as their families.
The tournament and auction are set to take place on August 22nd at the Golden Nugget Casino in Las Vegas. The tournament will have a buy-in of $330 plus $100 re-buys and it is open to the public to participate. A $10,000 seat to the Sports Legends Challenge poker tournament in the Bahamas is up for grabs for the winner.
Couture commented on the charity in which the festivities will benefit. He stated: “Having spent time in a uniform it became a personal goal of mine to find a way to give back to the brave men and women of our Armed Forces for the sacrifices they make defending our freedoms. The Xtreme Couture G.I. Foundation was born out of that desire.â€Â
Several poker pros have been confirmed to participate in the tournament, which will make game play more interesting. Lee Watkinson, Chip Jett, David Williams, Robert Williamson III, Todd Brunson and Adam Schoenfeld have all confirmed their appearance at the tournament.
Participants in the tournament are invited to the after party which will be held at the Golden Nugget’s Gold Diggers nightclub. All in all the festivities should be a fun and hopefully a good deal of money will be raised for the Xtreme Couture G.I. Foundation.
