The company that wins the bid will have the opportunity to be a part of the grand scheme which will see the development of an integrated resort that will have more than 600,000 square meters. This will include many hotels, exhibition, convention, meeting facilities, as well as various themed attractions and other venues which are connected to entertainment. Furthermore, there will be multiple retail stores, as well as several facilities that serve food and beverage.
However, the most important thing about the whole project is the 15,000-square-meter casino.
