AFC has the Stronger Roster
On offense for the AFC, Patrick Mahomes will lead the charge. Mahomes led the league in touchdowns with 50 and three for 5097 yards this season. He will be backed up by Phillip Rivers, Andrew Luck, and Deshaun Watson. At running back for the AFC, James Connor, Melvin Gordon, Phillip Lindsay, and Lamar Miller will split the carries. These backs combined for 3868 yards and 36 touchdowns. The receiving corps consists of Deandre Hopkins, Tyreek Hill, Antonio Brown, Keenan Allen, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Jarvis Landry. The receiving corps is also boosted by tight ends Travis Kelce, Jared Cook, and Eric Ebron.
Drew Breese will lead the offense for the NFC to start the game. Brees threw for 3992 yards and 32 touchdowns this season. The running backs consist of SaQuon Barkley, Alvin Kamara, and Ezekiel Elliot. These backs combined for 3624 and 31 touchdowns. The receiving corps is made up of Julio Jones, Michael Thomas, Adam Thielen, Davante Adams, Mike Evans, and Amari Cooper. Zach Ertz, Austin Hooper, and George Kittle are the tight ends for the AFC.
JJ Watt, Myles Garrett, Melvin Ingram, Calais Campbell, Von Miller, and Jadeveon Clowney will lead the NFC on defense. The d backs consist of Xavien Howard, Jalen Ramsey, and Denzel Ward.
On the AFC, Cameron Jordan, Demarcus Lawrence, Danielle Hunter, Fletcher Cox, Akiem Hicks, and Khalil Mack will look to get after the quarterback. The defensive backs are made up of Kyle Fuller, Patrick Peterson, and Byron Jones.
2019 Pro Bowl Prediction
This game is a straight up Pickem. I think the offensive line play of the NFC will be the key here and the defense will be able to get after the line on the AFC side. Take the NFC.
