Poker players in the state of New Jersey can take part in a special $100,000 freeroll set for the 24th of April by logging on to the PokerStars New Jersey site. The freeroll will kick off at 18:00 ET and is part of the $100K Spin & Go Challenge Freeroll offered by the brand. The winner will earn a $5,000 prize and additional prizes provided for top finishers.
Starting on the 11th, the special SNG Challenge began offering entry tickets to the freeroll, ending the qualifying round on the 23rd. Players have several options for earning a ticket to the freeroll, with as many as three tickets offered per player to give re-entry in case a player is knocked out during the early hours. Time still remains for players located in New Jersey to take part.
To get started, players will need to compete in challenges. Compete at the Spin & Go tables at the PokerStars site in New Jersey, taking part in any of the buy-in levels until the 23rd. Once you have bought in for at least $20, you will be given free entry into the $100,000 event, if you lose or win during game play. Do this as many as three different times to earn more tickets for re-entry.
Open the Challenges Window to take part and click Start to opt in. Your progress will be tracked by PokerStars so that they know how much money you spend on entry fees in the Spin & Gos. Once you have earned one ticket, the tracker resets until you reach $20 again, then rewards you with another ticket.
