PokerAtlas Tour Coming to Las Vegas

The schedule for the 2024 PokerAtlas Tour Las Vegas has been set, as has the location for what will be a huge event. Resorts World Las Vegas is going to host the action on this tour that is set to run from March 7-18, and there will be 10 events set to take place.

The reason that this event will be held at Resorts World Las Vegas is due to the fact that the casino hosted the PokerStars North American Poker Tour and it turned out to be a huge success. This event is not expected to be nearly as big, but it will generate plenty of terrific poker action.

There will be over $700,000 in prize money handed out at the PokerAtlas Tour Las Vegas, but that number could increase depending on the number of players that show up. There will be some smaller events that kick things off, but the highlight will be the $800 buy-in no limit hold’em event that will take place from March 14-18.

The PokerAtlas Tour is going to provide extensive coverage of the event, and there will be daily updates to show which players have been performing well. That main event is going to come with at least $300,000 in guaranteed prize money, but again that number could climb depending on the number of entries.

There always seem to be some major events taking place in Las Vegas, and that has definitely been the case so far in 2024.

Many Different Games Available

Even though there are just 10 events set to take place on this tour, there will be something for every different kind of poker player. A majority of the games are going to be no-limit hold’em style, but there are some other twists and turns available as well.

There are three smaller games set to take place as the prize is set at just $10,000, but there is an extremely low buy-in as well. That will give players a chance to get their feet wet and into the action to determine if they want to enter the main event.

In the middle of all of the no-limit hold’em games are a couple of unique poker options that are starting to grow in popularity. There will be one single games of H.O.R.S.E. and the buy-in for that game is going to be $400.

Two different styles of Omaha poker will also be played right in the middle of the event to give players some different options.

Resorts World Growing

It’s never easy for a new casino property to make a big move in Las Vegas, but that is exactly what Resorts World has been able to do. This property didn’t even open until 2021, but it has become one of the top locations, especially for some major events.

Resorts World is located on the Las Vegas strip and it was the first new casino to open up in over a decade. Casino gaming is the biggest draw during major events, but there is also world class dining and entertainment offered.
