Poker players are still winning titles after the 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP) ended. Here are highlights of various PokerStars and PartyPoker tournaments that different players won recently.
Rodrigo Seiji Bags $82,083 in PokerStars’ $5,200 Titans Event
Rodrigo “seijistar” Seiji won $93,118 in the 2022 $5,200 Titans Event. He proved his prowess in poker when he won this year’s $5,200 Titans Event on July 23, taking home the $82,083 top prize.
The event featured 60 players, and it had a more than $300,000 prize pool than only the leading seven entrants shared. The players set up a seven-handed final table, and Leonard “Grozzorg” Maue, the 2023 European Poker Tour (EPT) Monte Carlo Main Event runner-up, finished seventh.
Andrey “Anjeyyy” Novak followed Maue in sixth place with $18,116.
MauFz’s run ended in fifth place, and Ognyan “cocojamb0” Dimov finished fourth. Alexandros “Pwndidi” Theologis got busted in third place kicking off heads-up action between Dimitar “KuuL” Danchev and Seiji.
Yet, the duo agreed to reduce the prize gap. Seiji outwitted Danchev and sent him packing as a runner-up with $78,309.

The $109 Sunday Million PKO tournament attracted 10,425 entries. Tom MacDonald clashed with DrawingDead in the final hand.
MacDonald placed a 54,400,000 three-bet before DrawingDead collected 206,371,184 chips. The former used ace-king to flip and dominated the latter’s suited king-jack. DrawingDead finished second with $68,783.
