As majority shareholder of this joint venture, 24hPoker Holding will continue to design proprietary software systems for online gaming operations but in a larger capacity. In addition they will continue selling and developing online gaming platforms for players that would like to conduct gaming operations under their own brand. They are headquartered in Solna, Sweden with their operations carried out through subsidiaries 24hPoker AB and B2B Poker AB. Claus Nielson with Martinspoker will be the CEO of Casablanca Gaming.
Casablanca Gaming Group will be operating the brands 24hPoker, Martinspoker, Staffpoker and Danepoker; these sites are some of the most well received Scandinavian gaming sites. Adding more brands is the grand design of Casablanca Gaming Group. The customer database among other property of 24hPoker will be transferred to Casablanca Gaming Group’s Maltese subsidiary.
