Mohegan Sun Casino is part of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, and it officially opened its doors to the public on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 6 PM. The premium gaming venue held an opening ceremony, inviting all kinds of guests, celebrities, local residents, and visitors to it.
The opening evening started with the usual ceremonial event of unlocking the doors. The executives, as well as the local officials, were present during this ceremony. Some of the important people who were there were Ray Pineault, Interim CEO of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, and Joe Soper and Ken Davison, both Mohegan Tribal Councilors.
