Fontainebleau Las Vegas Launches on December 13th

Fontainebleau Las Vegas held a huge opening ceremony on December 13th. Many VIP guests and A-Listers witnessed the $3.7 billion casino resort’s launch. However, the management invited specific guests to the party.

More About the Ceremony

The casino resort held the 30-minute ceremony before its midnight launch. Jeffrey Soffer, Fontainebleau Development’s CEO’s friends wished him a happy birthday. Still, 18 collaborators joined him on stage opening the Urs Fischery Gallery.

Due to its vastness, Soffer stated that it takes a realtor six years to plan and construct such a property. Therefore, it is a huge achievement for the developers to complete the gaming project in less than three years.

Chinese dragon dancers entertained guests early in the grand party symbolizing its global style. Also, a hundred visitors attended the ceremony. They keenly listened to the project’s development team’s and specific dignitaries’ comments.

Yet, some guests decided to be in the resort before its official launch including rocket Alice Cooper, Tom Brady, Cher, and Aaron Paul. Steve Hill, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority’s CEO and President was one of the speakers at the ceremony. The casino resort’s proximity to the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall makes it an official ally of Hill’s authority.

Elegant models increased the party’s vibe. Besides, the casino hired two bands to perform songs before it started offering iGaming.

The Public’s Anticipation

Many people assembled at the venue before its launch. Carlos Aguirre, a Vegas resident was the first person to line up at the gaming site’s doors. He stated that he has resided in the city for 23 years and was determined to attend the property’s opening party.

Aguirre added that the casino’s construction began in 2007 and he hoped it had the latest gaming choices. Many online viewers were stunned after the casino’s management failed to light fireworks.

It stated that elegant entrances are better than flashy displays. The casino added that its beautiful towers and fountains thrilled many people. However, it didn’t offer on-site parking to the public.

Even so, early guests utilized the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall parking lot’s parking spaces that they got on a first-come first-served basis.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ garage won’t be free. The gaming operator’s spokesperson disclosed that they will allow the public to park for free for up to 4 hours. Moreover, they have a wide array of hotel room prices.

The latest studies indicate that a midweek booking after Christmas is about $160 per night while that before New Year is $400 per night. Unfortunately, guests will struggle to find a room the weekend before the Super Bowl.

Is Clark County’s Fontainebleau Similar to that in Miami?

Tick Segerblom, Clark County’s Commissioner stated during the casino’s opening ceremony that the new Fontainebleau has different gaming offers compared to those of its Miami counterpart. He welcomed guests to Miami of the West stating that it has marijuana, casino games, and an ocean.
