We have one of the best NHL games of the day as it always is whenever the Vegas Golden Knights are in action. They will have one of their easier games of the season tonight as Vegas will be taking on the Vancouver Canucks.
Las Vegas comes into this one at 43-21-6 and has the most points in the Pacific Division. They also have the most in the Western Conference. Vancouver, on the other hand, has been one of the worst teams in hockey this season in the Western Conference.
They come in at 31-33-5 and have 67 points.
With this one being played in Vancouver, the Golden Knights only come in at -135 on the spread line.
Can Vegas Win on the Road?
When looking at what Vegas has done this season, it’s easy to see why people think that this team does have a chance of winning a Stanley Cup this season.
Although it’s going to be a difficult task for them given how tough the Western Conference could be when those teams are at their best, their ability to score goals and keep the puck out of the back of the net has been impressive all season long and it would make sense if they find a way to continue doing that against a below average Canucks team.
Vegas has also been playing ridiculous hockey throughout their past 10 games, winning eight of those. This line is a bit interesting and could be saying to not take the Golden Knights, but instead of worrying about that, hammering them to win this game might not be a bad idea given the value that we have them at.
We always have to be careful that the books are trying to trap us, but this could be one of those weird times where we take advantage of them.
Will the Canucks Stay Hot?
Although the Vancouver Canucks have struggled mightily for most of the season, this team has been playing excellent hockey throughout the past few weeks. They have wins over the Dallas Stars twice, the Toronto Maple Leafs, Nashville Predators, Anaheim Ducks, Los Angeles Kings, and others.
They’re also 8-2 in their last 10 and have now won two in a row. Although this win streak could be part of the reason why the line is the way that it is, it’s important to remember just how much better Vegas has been than them throughout most of the season. These teams have still played comparable hockey throughout the past 10 games and the Golden Knights already have 10 more wins.

If this is a game that you are looking to bet on, just remember how well both of these teams have played throughout their last 10.
It’s still not a bad idea to take Vegas here, despite them being on the road. They’ve easily been the better team than the Canucks this season and should be able to find a way to get the win if they come out and play their best hockey. The Canucks have been playing much better hockey than many people expected them to, especially in these last 10 games.
