Online poker game play has been available for some time in the state of Nevada and players from around the world have taken part when visiting inside the states borders. Players must be located inside the state of Nevada to be able to participate in online poker gaming, one option being the WSOP.com. The WSOP online poker site in Nevada saw nice traffic numbers a few months ago thanks to the 2014 World Series of Poker and now, the site may see yet another pick-me-up thanks to the recent release of the Android application for the site.
According to USPoker, an Android application was released last Friday for players to be able to enjoy gaming via mobile devices. With the new application, players can take part in cash games, SNGS and MTTs in Texas Hold’em. These games can be found in Fixed and No limit options.
During game play, players will be able to decide if they want to compete in a tournament or cash game. The limits of each option are then displayed as there is no cash game lobby within the application. A slider is then used to choose the limit and then game play will begin. Players will be added to an open seat at an active table and if no seat is available at the player’s preferences, an empty table will be created to start a new game based on the perimeters set.
For tournament game play, players have the option of viewing the schedule for No Limit Texas Hold’em and can register in the app for a tournament in this section. Texas Hold’em is the only option available right now on the app, as players will not find any Stud or Omaha games available.
Android is the only option as of yet, with iOS not yet available. An iOS application is in the works but has not been approved.
