Man Caught on Tape in Ladies Restroom Pleads Innocent to Casino Molestation Charges

The Kansas City Star newspaper reported that a man from Overland park, who was accused, and later charged Monday of molesting a nine your old girl plead not guilty in a Clay County Circuit Courtroom.
The accused is Zia Uddin, age 27. Court records state that Uddin is accused of assaulting a young girl while her mom was in a stall in the restroom at Ameristar Casino located in Kansas City. Uddin was arrested, however he was released Tuesday night after he made bail which was posted at $30,000.
Court records state that the 9 year old girls step dad was waiting in the lobby at Ameristar while she and her mom went into the ladies restroom. According to police, the female child fled the restroom after a man inside put his hand down her skirt and started unzipping his pants.
Casino Security officers provided police with videotape that shows Uddin following the girl into the restroom, which was marked as a ladies restroom. The tape then shows the girl leaving the restroom, and making gestures to her step father, she appears to be showing, or gesturing to her step dad that someone had touched her.
Security officers used the videotape to identify Uddin and then follow him from the restroom to a slot machine where he inserted his casino players card before casually playing the slot game.
