VC Poker Hosts European Championship of Online Poker (ECOOP)

VC Poker, a popular UK online-poker site, is preparing for the first ever European Championship of Online Poker (ECOOP). This internet poker tournament is will run in November and will be played over 10 days. Poker players from around the world will compete for the $2.5 million dollar guaranteed prize pool and will also have a $50,000 MVP Freeroll competition were one poker player will win the title of the 2007 ECOOP Most Valuable Player.
VC Poker is offering entry into any ten ECOOP events from their site for as little as $1.10 through special satellite tournaments. VC Poker expects this tournament to be a featured event in Europe for all poker fan’s due to its low buy-ins, varying events and intriguing guaranteed prize pool.
The ECOOP will have main events in Limit Holdem, No Limit Holdem, Pot Limit Omaha, and Omaha Hi/Lo Games. Each event with its own guaranteed prize pool and a chance to win an ECOOP bracelet. Immediately after the main events on November 30th, the $50,000MVP Freeroll will be held.
To gain entry into the MVP freeroll, all VC poker players have to do is keep track of the MVP Leaderboard during the ECOOP events. The top players in the ECOOP showdowns will be ranked and at the end of the event the top 50 ranked poker players will automatically get entry into the $50,000 freeroll poker event.
