Anette Wins WSOPEShe's not even old enough to drink yet in some countries, but boy can she play some poker. Annette_15 was the last one standing at the World Series of Poker Main Event in Europe (WSOPE). For her efforts, not only did she claim a place in history as the first ever WSOPE main event winner, and the first ever woman to win a WSOP main event, in addition to winning the enormous prize of 1 million pounds, and a WSOP bracelet, Annette Obrestad is also the youngest ever WSOP main event winner, talk about your record breaking day.

The final hand, the one that catapulted Annette into history was against John Tabtabai after two hours of intense heads up action. Annette's flopped set of sevens against Tabatabai's top two pair.

Actually Annette is old enough to drink and vote in her Norway where the legal limit is 18. And of course what’s more interesting is that live poker is illegal in Norway (anti-gambling).

Got something to say?
