Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Los Angeles Rams Betting Preview

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Los Angeles Rams Betting Preview

Two NFC powerhouse teams will meet on Sunday in a game that will be watched by all. Tampa Bay has scored 30+ points in nine straight games, including putting 48 against the Falcons a week ago. It truly seems that Tom Brady is only getting sharper with age rather than declining as most QB’s do by the time they are in their mid-40’s.

The Bucs have shown no signs of a Super Bowl hangover, and it appears they have their sights set on winning another one. It would not come as a shock to see them do so, even with how competitive the league is through the first few weeks. There are no flaws, and they have new guys who step up each and every single week.

As for the Rams, they are looking sharp through the first two weeks. Matthew Stafford is looking right at home in his new home, Sean McVay and him already forming an impressive chemistry. The goal is to try and get back to the Super Bowl, where they lost to Tom Brady in a 10-3 sleeper a few seasons back when he was still with the Patriots.

This game is absolutely must-see TV.

ODDS:

The spread has changed since starting at TB +1 and changing to TB -1.5 currently. The over/under is 55.5 points. The TB moneyline is -125, and the LA moneyline is +105.

Bucs Seeking 3-0 Start

At the start of last season, it took the Bucs a while to hit their stride. But this time around, they look to be without flaw and may not even miss Antonio Brown all that much as he’s likely out with COVID-19. Rob Gronkowski is an absolute machine, looking as good as he ever has, while Mike Evans and Chris Godwin do their thing, bit by bit.

Brady is throwing the ball all over the field while his defense is making big plays for him. Mike Edwards had two pick-six’s last week, helping to ensure a blowout win over Atlanta. And seeing as how the roster is mostly the same as last year, there hasn’t had to be much change.

They are aiming for a 3-0 start with a win here.

L.A. Looks to Remain Perfect

Through the first two weeks of the year, Rams haters have had nothing to say about this team. They have looked very good with their new QB, and Aaron Donald is continuing to crush everybody in his path. A chance to begin 3-0 would be the perfect beginning to the Stafford era.

Whether or not Darrell Henderson Jr. plays, the team is in good hands. Sony Michel has looked good in his first few games on his new club. He is more than capable of shouldering the load, as he had some good games during his time in New England.

At the end of the day, they just need to steer clear of a tight game. They will not beat Tom Brady if he has the ball last.

The Pick

The game will be a fun one and will feature a Tampa Bay win.
