Final Day for Full Tilt Poker Claims

Full Tilt PokerToday is the last day that former United States members of Full Tilt Poker have to make a claim for remissions. A few weeks ago, the Garden City Group announced the final day for applications to be turned in by players who want to be involved with the remission process. The Garden City Group was named the claims administrator to help with the reimbursement process and this long process will soon come to an end.

The final deadline of September 3rd was announced on August 8th via the Full Tilt Poker Claims site to let players know that the process was about to come to an end. To file, players had to fill out a petition at the Full Tilt Poker claims site. Once log-in credentials were given, players can log on and verify information such as personal details, the amount owed by FTP and bank account info. Once this amount was verified, payment could be processed during the reimbursement rounds. If the amount set by the GCG was felt to be incorrect by the player, evidence can be shown by the player for a different payment amount, if approved.

With today being the final deadline, the Full Tilt Poker Claims site should be defunct by tomorrow. Players who have yet to file a claim and feel as though they have the right to petition, today is the last day to do so. After today, any questions of the reimbursement process will need to be sent to the Garden City Group directly.

Hopefully, the remaining payments will be sent out quickly after the deadline is reached and it is unknown as to the exact number of players left to be paid. Players have been waiting for some time for this process to be over and hopefully, over the coming weeks, the remaining players will be paid and the Full Tilt Poker remission process will finally be completed.
