Rush poker is akin to poker on crack. It’s the fastest game of online poker played in the world currently, though it’s we’re betting that PokerStars and maybe even Titan Poker (The iPoker Network) are likely hiding away in secret underground laboratories working out plans for their very own cracked out versions of Texas Holdem Poker.
How Rush Poker works
A hand of Rush Poker on Full Tilt is played just like any other hand of Texas Hold’em Poker. Each player is dealt 2 cards that they can decide to play or to fold. If they choose to play those two cards, rush poker strategy is a bit different than normal Holdem, but for the most part, everything is pretty much played out like any other hold’em hand.
When a Player Folds
If the player chooses to fold their Rush Poker hand, that’s when things go freakin’ wild. The second the player decides to fold, they are given the option to press the ‘quick fold button’. Once this button is pressed, no matter who’s turn it is, the player is whisked away to another table and dealt fresh cards.
What Happens at the Other Tables
Back at your old table, you’re still earning your share of the FPP’s, and if you’re a rake-back player, you’re still collecting rake-back on that hand you’re no longer participating in or even watching. If you decide later that you are rather curious who won it, however, you can use the last hand feature and check it out, even though you’re constantly table swapping, this feature still works in Rush Poker Games.
Now let’s say you’ve stuck it out, played a hand of Rush to the showdown, and perhaps even drug a pot. Again, you’re immediately whisked away to another Rush Poker table. Rush can be a little bit harder to keep track of for this reason, because at any given time there can be anywhere from 30-40 players to a few hundred.
