888 Holdings Closer to Offering Options in Nevada

888 Poker players in the state of Nevada have been anxiously awaiting the opportunity to enjoy online poker legally. Since the option became legal, many operators in the industry have been trying to get their software developed to meet demands. 888 Holdings recently announced they will be offering their option in the very near future.

Brian Mattingley, the CEO of 888 Holdings, spoke with Reuters earlier this week and that the 888 company plans on offering real money poker options by this summer. The company is currently waiting for the Nevada Gaming Control Board to approve their software before they will be able to launch.

888 Holdings has partnered with three gaming providers in the state to be able to offer online poker options. The software has been up for testing for some time now and according to Mattingley, the process is almost complete.

888 Holdings has partnered with Caesars Interactive Entertainment and will provide the company with an online poker platform so players will be able to enjoy poker options from the WSOP Company. In his interview with Reuters, Mattingley stated that the company should begin to see the ‘influential numbers’ from the business of online poker in the US beginning in 2015.

The CEO also stated that 2014 will involve a great deal of marketing spending as companies try to gain positioning in the United States. Since the US has had options in the past, top names are sure to fair the best.

888, PokerStars, and Full Tilt Poker are all well known poker brands and should be able to do quite well in the US if the marketing is done right. Players are ready to enjoy online poker in the US and will most likely jump at the chance to play with the company they recognize as well as one that offers the best incentives and promotions.
