Golden State Warriors at Boston Celtics Betting Pick and Prediction

Boston has been playing well of late and looks to keep it going. Most of us expected these teams to battle in the Finals ahead of the season beginning, but Boston is currently sitting at #5.

Golden State will be playing their fourth game with Boogie Cousins and looking to see where he improves. The team is on a tear and is establishing clear dominance over the Nuggets for the best record in the conference.

Warriors:

They have the #1 scoring offense in the league, which should come as a surprise to nobody. Steph is looking like the all-time great scorer he is, while KD and Klay continue to knock down all of their jumpers. Draymond has been starting to score a bit of late, something we have not seen in quite some time. Something that is very surprising about this team, is that they are #22 in points allowed, as the defense has not done quite as well as we have all been expecting it to do. With their rim-protector and big, tall playmaker coming in, though, that will get better

This is a team with a whole lot of talent, and one that isn’t going away any time soon. It is like LeBron is unofficially on this team, as they are looking to make their FIFTH consecutive Finals appearance. Life is wonderful for this team, and it probably will be for quite a while, so we all have to get used to it.

Celtics:

The #12 scoring offense will need to do a bit more than we usually see in order to have a good chance against the Warriors. Their #5 scoring defense has been huge to their recent success, especially looking at Marcus Smart and Jaylen Brown, and how well they have done of late. Boston is just 11-13 on the road, as they have enjoyed most of their success at home, but they will always have a chance with to compete with the roster they have, and a team SPEARHEADED BY KYRIE IRVING.

A number of players have continued to be consistently impressing for them, including Jayson Tatum, who accepted an invite to the Skills Challenge. Al Horford being out there has helped, as has been the case with Aron Baynes, who had missed a month. Marcus Morris is the only player that has been in a funk of late, but he’ll snap out of it.

Boston covers the spread and wins their 31st game!

It’s going the way of the Celtics tonight. The Boston bench is going to erupt for over 65 points tonight, with Hayward, Brown, and Rozier all finding their shots pretty early in the game. Steph Curry will have another night of 40+ points, but it won’t take the team to victory.

A night to celebrate in Boston!
