The public bettors got slaughtered in NFL Week 1 when the favorites went 3-10 against the spread.  Several big money line favorites got beat outright, adding to the massacre.  Some, including this writer, believe that betting against the squares’ blind bets is a good strategy.

Here are the Week 2 NFL Sunday bets with major public backing, as reported by Sportsbook Spy.  This group already lost on Thursday Night Football when Baltimore and the under won.  The public backed Pittsburgh and the over.

Two games have seen massive movement.  The New York Giants opened as one point favorites over Arizona.  That has moved 3.5 points.  New England opened as three point favorites.  They are now six points favorites on the news that Adrian Peterson will not play.
