Party Poker has been long renowned for their enticing promotions, bonuses and outstanding tournament prize packages. Party Poker has upped the ante once again, announcing their monthly tournaments prize packages to award a guaranteed $12 million in July!
A spokesperson for Party Poker said, “To give away and guarantee $12 million in prize pools in just one month is great news for online poker players. July is always a big month on the poker calendar with the WSOP and this is a great way to celebrate this.”
How is Party Poker going to give away all of this money? For starters, there’s a $300,000 guaranteed tournament that runs every Sunday and is highly popular among the ‘locals’. An array of other guaranteed tournaments and giveaways are held, like the $30,000 guaranteed tournament, held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday – or the $50,000 guaranteed Super Saturday tournament.
In poker tournaments, the term “guaranteed” refers to the minimum prize package. This means in a $300,000 guaranteed tournament, if only 5 players pay a $1 buy-in each to enter, the prize money will still be $300,000!
