Full Tilt Offers Self Exclusion

Full Tilt has taken a huge step towards a stance on responsible online gambling. No pressure, no lawsuits, no big articles recently on online gambling addictions on Full Tilt Poker. Through no major malfunctions, Full Tilt Poker has made the choice to allow online poker players the option of banning themselves.

Full Tilt isn’t the only online gambling site to offer the service, Sportsbook.com for instance also offers a self exclusion option. The way this works at Full Tilt Poker:

If you have a gambling problem, or perhaps you just think you’ve been spending a bit to much cash online lately, or have been putting aside responsibilities for online poker. Whatever the reason, if you think you need a break, but don’t necessarily trust yourself to listen to that little voice inside your head that’s yelling “Turn Off the Computer Man!! We’re Freakin’ BROKE!”.

Just tell the folks at Full Tilt Poker how long you’d like your account to be banned, and wallah, break time buddy. This might be good for me, I don’t gamble to much persay, I don’t gamble huge stakes, but I do generally have a table open, just image the amount of writing I could get done … hehe .. naw, never mind, bad idea, and as for this article.. it’s my big blind..

The End.
